These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.yarshatea.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Yarsha Tea (“Yarsha Tea,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to purchase from the Site (usually the age of majority). If you buy on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
Product information
We do our best to describe products accurately; however, minor variations in color, packaging, and batch may occur. Tea is a natural product; flavor and aroma can vary seasonally.
No medical advice. Information on the Site (including blog content) is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Keep products out of reach of children. Check ingredients if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Pricing, currency & taxes
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to cancel any order affected by such errors.
Orders; acceptance; order limits
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion (for example, for suspected fraud, unusual quantities, or availability issues). We may set limits on purchases per person/household/order. If we cancel or adjust an order, we’ll attempt to notify you and issue any applicable refund to your original payment method.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and charge your method when you place the order. Payments are processed by third‑party providers; we do not store full card numbers. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the method and that the information provided is accurate.
Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please check your address carefully; we are not responsible for non‑delivery due to address errors.
International orders & customs. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond our control.
Damaged or missing items. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact info@yarshatea.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
Returns & refunds
Unopened, non‑perishable items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; proof of purchase is required; shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. For hygiene/food safety, opened tea cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Subscriptions
If we make subscriptions available and you enroll, your subscription will auto‑renew at the stated interval until you cancel in your order confirmation link or by contacting info@yarshatea.com before the next renewal. We will notify you of any material changes to price or frequency as required by law.
Promotions, discount codes & gift cards
Promotions and codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined, and are not redeemable for cash. We may cancel or modify a promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Gift cards (if offered) are non‑refundable except where required by law.
User content (reviews, comments)
If you post a review or other content, you grant Yarsha Tea a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, in any media now known or later developed. You are responsible for your content and you agree not to post anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: interfering with security or operation; scraping or data mining; attempting to reverse engineer the Site; transmitting malware; or using the Site for unlawful purposes. You also agree not to bypass or disable our cookie/consent mechanisms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and code — is owned by or licensed to Yarsha Tea and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
Third‑party services & marketplaces
The Site may include links to third‑party websites or services (including Amazon, TikTok Shop, payment processors, and carriers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Yarsha Tea is not responsible for third‑party content, products, or practices.
Electronic communications
When you contact us or place an order, you may receive transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates). If you opt in to marketing, you may receive promotional emails; you can unsubscribe at any time via the email footer. (SMS, if offered: reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help; message/data rates may apply.)
Warranties & disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; if that’s your case, these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YARSHA TEA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE. Indemnification

Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You and Yarsha Tea agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts, and you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights that cannot be modified by contract.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update the Site, policies, and these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the policies linked here, are the entire agreement between you and Yarsha Tea regarding the Site and purchases.
